SENATE BILL NO. 93 "An Act relating to licensed professional                                                                    
counselors; and relating to the unlicensed use of the title 'professional                                                       
counselor'" was read the second time.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
